What's the minimum budget I need for Google Ads in India? +
For most service businesses, ₹10,000–15,000/month in ad spend is the minimum. Below that, campaigns don't gather enough clicks to generate reliable data. For e-commerce, ₹25,000+ gives better results. I'll tell you honestly what makes sense for your specific market before we start.
Do you touch my ad budget or billing? +
Never. Your ad budget stays in your Google Ads account, billed to your card or UPI directly by Google. I only get access to manage campaigns — I cannot add, move, or withdraw money. My management fee is a separate payment to me.
How long before I see results? +
First leads usually come within 2–3 weeks of going live. Meaningful optimisation takes 6–10 weeks as the account gathers conversion data. I set realistic expectations upfront — if your market is very competitive or your budget is tight, I'll tell you that before you hire me, not after.
What if I already have a Google Ads account running? +
I'll audit the existing account first — free, before any agreement. Most accounts I inherit have 2–3 major issues wasting significant budget. I'll show you exactly what I find. Then you decide if you want to proceed.
Do I need a website or landing page? +
Yes — you need somewhere for the ad to send people. If your existing website is slow or poorly structured, ads will underperform. I'll review your site as part of the audit and tell you if it needs work before running ads. I can also build or fix landing pages if needed.
How is your management fee structured — percentage or flat? +
Flat monthly fee. I don't charge a percentage of ad spend because that creates an incentive to increase your budget regardless of performance. My fee stays the same whether you spend ₹15k or ₹30k on ads — my only incentive is results.

No long-term contract. I ask for a minimum of 3 months because that's the realistic time for campaigns to gather data and optimise. After that, month-to-month. If you're not happy with results, you can stop. You keep the account — all the campaign history, keywords, and data stay with you.
