Our services
SK Media provides digital marketing services including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GEO, analytics and web development. The specific scope, deliverables and timelines for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement shared with you.
Engagement, quotes & payment
- Quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Fees, billing cycle and payment terms are defined in your proposal. Invoices are payable by the due date stated.
- Ad spend paid to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is separate from our management fees and is billed by those platforms directly, or as agreed.
Client responsibilities
To deliver our services effectively we may need timely access to your accounts, assets, brand materials and approvals. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and results. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and materials you provide.
Third-party platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms (such as Google and Meta) that have their own terms, policies and algorithms. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make, account suspensions caused by policy issues outside our control, or downtime of their services.
No guarantee of specific results
Digital marketing results depend on many factors including budget, market, competition and platform behaviour. While we work to industry best practices and are committed to your growth, we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales or revenue figures.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables we create for you become yours once fully paid for. We retain the right to reuse general know-how, methods and non-confidential techniques, and to reference the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential information private and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement with the notice period set out in the agreement. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.
